Car 15 – 2008 Ford Mustang GT V8
The car is a 2008 Mustang S197 and it has a 4.6l V8. The car is spec’d with the premium GT pack which includes all leather interior, rear spoiler and ‘Shelby’ grey stripes as well as a shaker 500 stereo system. The car has all the original features including the Zero tyres!!
We bought the car back in 2009 when the original owner decided to sell after just 6 months with only 550 miles on the clock! Its current mileage is 10,500 making it one of the lowest mileage examples in the UK. We changed the registration mark to reflect the car and to try and add a ‘special’ identity to it.
We first started chauffeuring weddings and events in 2010 and since then 40% have been to transport the bride or a birthday girl… its not all about the boys! Though the car certainly retains a ‘wow’ factor for everyone who rides in it… I still smile every time I start that engine and the roar from the V8 sets you heartbeat running!
We really enjoy being part of someone’s special day – your enjoyment is ours! We particularly enjoy the surprise element where the groom or bride are unaware they will be chauffeured in a Mustang.
We are more than happy to let potential clients come and view the car, we are based in Halling, a village between Maidstone and Rochester. Many of our bookings originate in Kent, but we also have completed weddings in Hampshire, Essex, Suffolk, London and Sussex. We will always try and accommodate where we can. We try and cover most requests, but sorry we do not do proms.
